"Our feeling exists as a vibration along the nervous system. This generates a corresponding vibrational energy into the ethers around us, and makes an impact on the nervous systems of others in our vibrational sphere. This is how others can feel what we feel, and how we can feel what another feels. We can simply be in the room with someone who is angry or depressed or agitated, and the nervous energy vibrating in the ethers will be so uncomfortable we might have to leave the room to escape its undercurrent that tries to draw us in.
Yet if a person came in who was centered in the light of the heart, in lightheartedness, and who saw the pure Self manifesting as all others, others in the room might feel suddenly comforted or uplifted without having any idea why. Contentment is contagious, as are all feelings, or expressions of energy."

One does not need to be gifted with Empathy to feel others at this level; this is a basic human trait. Think of a room of people and how it changes the moment an infant is brought in, how all attention moves in that direction, and everyone’s feelings undergo a change of some sort instantaneously.
